Cairn to Cook at Whitsunday Peak Track, Queensland, Australia

Description:
A small cairn on the Peak Track, of concrete and pebbles.  The top is decorated with coral.

History:
This monument was placed by the Municipal and Whitsunday Promotional Council on 4th June 1970, to mark the Bi-centennial of Captain Cook sailing through the Whitsunday Passage.
