Here are some more medals that did not appear in Allan Klenman's book.1 Like those featured in my previous article,2 I have given every item a number with a prefix of NK (Not in Klenman) or ND (No Date)..
NK56. Printed wood, 39 mm. Issued by the Honolulu Coin Club in 1978 for the bicentennial of the discovery of Hawaii. On the reverse it says “In memory of Kalfred T. M. Lum, Honolulu Coin Club, Coin Show, Von Holt Room, St Andrews’s Cathedral, Queen Emma Square, August 19, 1978”.
NK5. St Silver, 32.4 × 27 mm. Issued by Engelhard Industries in 1970. This Australian company is a manufacturer and distributor of quality precious metal products.
NK63. Bronze, gilded, silvered and silver, 32 mm. Minted by Swan and Hudson in 1988. The first in a series of five for the Bicentenary celebrations of the arrival of the First Fleet.
ND6. Gold 0.999, edge mark PUR & 144, 40 mm, 29.76 gm. Designed by Geoffrey Colley. Presumably issued in 1970 for the bicentenary of Cook’s first arrival at Australia. Can anyone help with more information, please?
